Practice Lead Data & AI
Your mission
As Practice Lead Data & AI, you will be responsible for growing and shaping our Data & AI practice, increasing our market presence, and helping customers navigate their AI and data transformation journeys.
You will act as a catalyst for growth by:
- Driving strategic customer engagements and complex Data & AI opportunities.
- Building strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
- Representing Inetum at events, round tables, and industry communities.
- Helping create and position innovative Data & AI offerings.
- Supporting the development of a strong and scalable Data & AI team.
- Attracting, mentoring, and inspiring top talent.
- Working closely with team leads, who will report into the practice structure.
- Collaborating with sales, delivery, and technology stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful engagements.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our Data & AI footprint in Belgium and beyond.

- Engage with customers on their most strategic Data & AI challenges.
- Support large and complex deal creation.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, Generative AI, and AI Sovereignty.
- Strengthen Inetum's position in the Belgian market.
People
- Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team.
- Help attract both junior and senior Data & AI professionals.
- Create an inspiring environment where talent can thrive.
- Ensure the right skills are available to support customer demand and future growth.
Offering & Innovation
- Shape and evolve Inetum's Data & AI portfolio.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with Microsoft and other strategic partners.
- Drive innovation around responsible AI, sovereign AI, data platforms, and advanced analytics.
Who are you?
You are a senior professional with a proven track record in Data & AI consulting, technology leadership, or digital transformation.
You combine technical depth with strong business acumen and natural leadership.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, and AI technologies.
- Has a strong customer-facing background.
- Is comfortable engaging with both technical leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Is recognized as a thought leader inside and outside their organization.
- Has experience speaking at events, customer forums, or industry communities.
- Is highly collaborative and able to influence without formal authority.
- Can inspire teams and create momentum in a fast-growing environment.
- Is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
