Programme Manager
Position Overview
DigiTribe is looking for a Programme Manager who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Programme Manager, you oversee the coordination, strategic alignment, and delivery of high‑value cross‑functional programmes. You operate in an Agile environment, fostering collaboration, continuous adaptation, and measurable impact for users and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a programme within time, budget and scope and ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision.
- Promote an Agile culture built on transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support teams in defining objectives, managing dependencies, and removing impediments.
- Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive value‑based prioritization with a strong focus on user needs.
- Track key metrics, measure impact, and adjust plans based on feedback and evolving context.
- Encourage team autonomy while ensuring overall programme coherence.
- Report & communicate to ExCo and sponsors.
- Participate in SteerCo's
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in programme or complex project management, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS...) is a plus.
- Proven experience in participating in SteerCo's and reporting to ExCo.
Soft Skills & Agile Mindset
- Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt plans continuously.
- Value‑driven mindset with a focus on collaboration and user satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
