Huxley Engineering is currently looking for a project coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your tasks
- Project Management
- Initialisation and planning of project phases
- Development of the project cost structure
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables
- Application of project management processes and tools
And more
- Lead a small project team responsible for the project delivery of site modifications
- Meet all of the defined project objectives for cost, schedule, quality & safety
- Manage medium-sized projects in construction or other technical areas on the basis of a phased project plan for design, development and implementing
- Configuring project products into deliverables or KPI's
- Monitoring of expenditure
- Coordinate activities across the project team
- Booking of resources & Ensuring project personnel on site & Ensuring equipment is at the pre-defined place & Ensuring documentation is correct and filed
Your profile
- Industrial or civil engineer with experience in project management Knowledge/ Skills
- Demonstrates competency in project management software and methods (PRINCE II, Six Sigma)
- Successful experience in people management
- General administration, hands-on communication, data analyses & processing
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in project administration within automation environment
- Knowledge of GMP
