My client in the Pharma Industry are looking for a Freelance Project Lead to join a mission until the end of the year. The role requires someone with strong experience within Project Management of small-mid size IT projects within both a local and a global context.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for functional improvements
- Leading small to mid-size projects with local and global cross-functional teams
- Strong, confident personality
- Autonomous, proactive. Able to drive things in the required directions.
- Prioritize backlog
- Investigate issues
- Good analysis skills
Job requirements:
- Senior profile, able to work independently
- Dutch and English fluent
- Strong communicator - someone who leads with confidence, but not arrogance.
- Presence on site in the North of Antwerp
- Experience with Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus
