Mission:
As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating strategic projects across the organization. Working closely with project managers and both internal and external stakeholders, your mission will be to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards in planning, reporting, and execution.
Responsibilities:
· Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
· Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies and tools.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and support mitigation planning.
· Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.
· Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Profile:
· Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in project management, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector.
· Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
