Senior Functional Analyst
location: Brussels
Are you a highly experienced Functional Analyst with a passion for Agile methodologies and a proven track record in complex IT projects? We're seeking a senior expert to reinforce and accelerate one of its strategic initiatives.
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you are the crucial link between the business and the development teams. You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that functional solutions align perfectly with strategic needs.
Your tasks include
- From Backlog to Production: Guiding projects and teams from initial backlog refinement through to the final go-live and incident management.
- Agile Governance: Writing detailed User Stories (including User Story Mapping), coordinating all Scrum ceremonies, and overseeing the development cycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively bringing together diverse stakeholders and leveraging your soft skills to guarantee project success.
- Documentation and Management: Handling release management and meticulously maintaining all relevant project documentation.
- Agile Leadership: Actively coaching and leading the agile team.
Your profile and competencies
- Education & Experience: You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and possess a very solid experience of a minimum of 20 years in functional analysis of IT projects.
- Language Skills: You are trilingual (Dutch, French, English).
- Agile Expertise: You have profound experience in Scrum and hold a Professional Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
- Methodological Depth: You are proficient in Agile, UML, BPMN, and Kanban.
- Technical Affinity: You are familiar with common technology frameworks such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, SQL, Log4j, JSON, Rest, and GIT.
- A Plus: Knowledge of and experience with Java development and Cloud projects is a significant asset.
