🛠 What You'll Do

Design and develop mechanical prototypes and feasibility process modules

Translate process concepts into functional equipment or test units

Create 3D models of new machines and process modules

Work with suppliers and supply chain to source prototype components

Support prototype assembly and testing

Improve existing equipment, continuous lines, and tablet presses

Collaborate closely with the R&D Manager and engineering team

Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
🎯 What We're Looking For

MSc in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
-
5+ years experience in design and development of complex industrial equipment
-
Strong knowledge of machine construction & process engineering
-
Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
-
Fluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus)

Strong safety awareness and quality focus
