Job Description - Dev Engineer(Django/React)
BWC is seeking skilled developers with expertise in Python, React, and Django to enhance the UI/UX of our core LLM use cases. As part of an agile squad, the Dev Engineer will contribute across the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and integration) to deliver business value at the end of each sprint.
Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions aligned with the bank's architecture.

Contribute to the completion of the team's backlog, prioritised by stakeholders and the Product Owner.

Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions in React and Django.

Work closely within a Scrum team, adhering to agile values and practices.

Engage in knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning to strengthen team delivery.

Ensure CI/CD pipelines, version control, and testing best practices are applied consistently.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in React front-end web development.

Strong expertise in React (Senior/Expert level).

Proficiency in Django (Junior to Senior level).

Solid background in Python software engineering.

Experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with MLOps or DevOps practices is a plus.

Understanding of agile methodology and Scrum values.

Fluent English (spoken and written).
