We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge infrastructure for a fast-growing digital asset platform operating at the ForeFront of financial innovation.
This is a high-impact role where you'll bridge infrastructure strategy, security, automation, and cost optimization—delivering resilient systems for data-intensive, high-throughput environments such as trading platforms.
Role
- Design & Build: Architect cloud-native infrastructure solutions that are secure, scalable, and performance-tuned to support high-frequency, data-heavy workloads.
- Secure & Compliant: Define and implement security frameworks to ensure full compliance with industry standards across infrastructure, data flows, and deployments.
- Optimize & Automate: Use GitOps, CI/CD, and IaC to build fully automated infrastructure pipelines across multi-cloud environments (with a strong emphasis on AWS).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with software engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration across the platform.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and methodologies in infrastructure architecture to propose improvements and implement best-in-class solutions.
- Cost Control: Continuously monitor and reduce cloud spending while maintaining high system availability and performance.
Profile
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and performance tuning for high-availability environments
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, particularly in AWS (experience with Azure and GCP is a strong plus)
- Solid background in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and optimizing cluster performance in production
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid deployments, ideally in regulated or high-stakes environments like trading or fintech
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows, including trading systems, middle and back office operations
- Hands-on with GitOps, CI/CD, IaC (TerraForm preferred), and security-first infrastructure development (Devsecfinops)
- Excellent track record in disaster recovery, high-availability systems, and backup strategies
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance performance, security, and cost
Relevant certifications are a plus
- AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
- TerraForm Associate/Professional
- Other cloud or security certifications welcome
