Our client, an international technology leader focused on secure identification and goods process optimization, is expanding its team with a Functional Analyst to support large-scale projects across Europe.
Functional Analyst - the role
- Business & Functional Analysis : Understand client requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Project Lifecycle Involvement : Participate in workshops, define use cases, support development teams, and assist in testing and validation phases.
- Process Optimization : Propose improvements based on customer feedback and system usage to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a key liaison between business users, software developers, and project managers—ensuring seamless communication across all levels.
Functional Analyst - your profile
- Language Skills: You are trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written), and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience & Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field, with 2-5 years of experience in a functional/Business Analyst role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software solutions.
- Analytical & Communication Strengths: Skilled in gathering requirements, writing documentation, and guiding end-users. You can switch between technical and non-technical language with ease.
- Tools & Methodologies: BPMN, UML, Jira/Confluence, ERP/WMS systems, and Agile/Scrum environments.
