A software company based in Brussels and has a quarters in Gent that delivers SaaS in a human sized environment is looking for an experienced Fullstack-Developer.
As a senior engineer, you are responsible to increase the maturity of the entire team by growing talent activity via both on the job coaching as well as talent management.
Must have
- Minimum 5 years of experience within software development
- Thorough knowledge of Java Backend Development
- Thorough knowledge of JavaScript (Angular)
- Good understanding of the principles of Docker/ Kubernetes
- Good knowledge of Dutch and/ or French with English
- The willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge via self-learning
- A team player with fluent communication skills
- Not afraid to give your opinion
- Able to work independently
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Kafka is a big plus
- Knowledge of Cloud (Azure or AWS)
- Knowledge of different databases
- MicroServices knowledge is a plus
Onsite policy: 2 days per week in office and 3 days from home in Gent or Brussels
