System Administrator - the job
- System Setup: Install and configure OS, servers, Hardware, and software
- User Management: Manage accounts, permissions, and support users
- Network & Security: Maintain networks, Firewalls, and ensure system security
- Backup & Monitoring: Handle backups, recovery, and system performance
- Documentation: Keep system records and create user documentation
System Administrator - the profile
- Solid technical background in system installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows environments)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Infrastructure
- Experience in user management, including account setup, permission control, and technical support
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN) and IT security best practices (Firewalls, Antivirus, IDS)
- Familiar with backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and system performance monitoring tools
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining clear documentation and optimizing system efficiency
