SAP Key User PP-PI

About the role
As the SAP Key User PP-PI, your goal is to ensure the successful migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the Manufacturing SAP PP-PI module, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance within the Biopharma manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Act as the primary business owner/liaison for the SAP PP-PI module between the local manufacturing teams and the SAP project team in collaboration with the Unity Site Lead.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, testing, and training sessions related to the SAP PP-PI module (specifically with the local/end users).
Process Mapping & Documentation
- Analyze and document current manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Develop detailed process maps and documentation to support the migration.
System Configuration, Data Migration & Testing
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase up to integration with other solutions such as Planning & Scheduling tools (OPM), Reporting and Dashboarding (SAP BI, Qlik Sense, Power BI).
Training and Support
- Provide training and support to end users on the new SAP S/4HANA functionalities (delta) system.
- Develop training materials, system documentation (SOP-AI), and user guides tailored to the local manufacturing processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and support post-implementation.
Change Management
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to the new system.
- Communicate changes and updates effectively to all end users.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the migration project.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as key user with SAP PP-PI is a must (S/4HANA migration projects highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience on validation aspects in a GxP environment (testing, documentation) is mandatory.
- Experience integrating with other solutions: Planning & Scheduling tools (OPM), Reporting and Dashboarding (SAP BI, Qlik Sense, Power BI).
- Experience integrating with other modules is a plus: SAP PP-QM (batch release), SAP PP-WM (Staging and Production), SAP PP-CO (Product Costing).
- Experience in Biopharma manufacturing (Commercial, CMC, and Clinical Trial) is a plus.
- French speaking with good knowledge of English.
- Proficient in process mapping and documentation.
