IT Analyst
Provide functional analysis for a designated part of a project in the energy domain: collect and refine business needs, run stakeholder workshops, build Python prototypes and analyse datasets, produce functional requirements and test artefacts, coordinate integration and acceptance activities, bridge business and engineering teams, and oversee deployments and post-release monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years in data management practices
- 3 to 5 years working with layered data-warehouse architectures
- 3 to 5 years in logical/functional database design and modelling
- 3 to 5 years writing and optimizing SQL
- 3 to 5 years using English in a professional context
- 3 to 5 years working in Agile teams
- Under 3 years of experience writing Python scripts for automation or prototyping
- Under 3 years experience integrating with or designing APIs
- Under 3 years working with cloud platforms
- Under 3 years experience with distributed big-data processing frameworks
What will you do?
- Organise and facilitate workshops and backlog refinement sessions; review existing documentation to extract business requirements.
- Develop Python prototypes and perform exploratory data analysis to validate proposed approaches.
- Draft feature-level functional requirements, use cases and process descriptions; author test scenarios.
- Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and development teams; run meetings, coach users and support adoption and change activities.
- Plan and execute integration tests and support business users during user acceptance testing.
- Track delivery progress against timelines, raise risks, and monitor production systems after release, performing corrective or maintenance tasks as needed.
