IT Business Analyst
Seeking an IT Business Analyst to examine business processes, elicit requirements, and support IT solution delivery within a regulated energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence organization-wide IT solutions.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) process workflows across business areas.
- Gather and record business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data and produce reports to inform recommendations and process improvements.
- Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Detect inconsistencies, gaps, and potential risks early in the analysis phase.
- Propose IT-based solutions in coordination with internal and external technical teams.
- Support technical teams during solution design, testing, and validation activities.
- Maintain structured documentation of analyses, decisions, and solution details.
- Oversee implementation of IT projects to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with requirements.
- Provide training and user support for new systems and processes.
- Ensure all project phases adhere to applicable industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis
