Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business requirements for the management and trading of wind and solar energy assets, including grid integration and market participation.
- Draft detailed functional requirements for asset management, contract (PPA) and trading systems supporting renewable energy.
- Translate business requests into clear objectives, explaining purposes without prescribing technical solutions.
- Design and write test cases covering documented functional requirements to ensure correct implementation and business satisfaction.
- Develop functional documentation for delivered systems, from user guides to end-to-end product and process overviews.
- Provide level-2 support for applications maintained by the team.

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in functional analysis, specification and documentation
- At least 10 years of experience in power or ancillary markets
- At least 9 years of experience writing test cases and performing tests in coupled environments
- At least 8 years of experience in agile methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience in level-2 application support
- At least 8 years of experience in clear and effective communication
- At least 8 years of systems thinking experience
