Satellit is looking for an ICT Analyst to join a cross-functional agile product team that maintains systems used for gas commercial operations, including flow planning, contracting, billing, reporting and B2B message exchanges across transmission, Storage and terminal facilities.

  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related discipline

 

What will you do?

  • Collect and examine stakeholder and user needs, then convert them into practical and valuable enhancements for the gas operations software suite.
  • Prepare and lead stakeholder workshops and one-on-one sessions to surface, refine and validate business requirements.
  • Model requirements using conceptual artifacts such as use case and activity diagrams and information models, ensuring alignment with the current application architecture.
  • Work with product teammates to break down requirements into user stories, provide effort estimates, take part in sprint planning and support delivery through standard Agile rituals.
  • Design and run functional test cases, assist end users during acceptance testing, present demonstrations, deliver training and produce user-facing documentation.
  • Handle incoming service requests and production incidents from business users, propose corrective actions or improvements and share knowledge to help refine processes.
