Lead Business Analyst
Seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide analysis and delivery of digital and operational transformation projects across a parking network. Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions from ideation to production, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project ideations to define scope, assess risks, and structure solution options for business decisions
- Develop logical data models and document functional requirements with full traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Establish API design standards, ensuring secure access and GDPR-compliant data handling
- Manage the annual roadmap, conduct quarterly stakeholder alignment sessions, and structure backlog refinements to improve sprint planning
- Monitor operational metrics via dashboards, setting alert thresholds and reporting logic
- Facilitate cross-country workshops and act as primary liaison among business, product, and technical teams

- CBAP® or equivalent business analysis certification
- Scrum or agile delivery certification or background
