Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end programme management for strategic, cross-country initiatives including carve-outs, integrations and post-merger harmonisation.
- Define and maintain programme governance frameworks including planning, scheduling, RACI matrices, reporting lines and decision-escalation paths.
- Set up and lead steering committees, ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear and timely information for decision making.
- Coordinate workstreams and teams across multiple countries, aligning local realities with overall programme objectives and timelines.
- Anticipate risks and roadblocks proactively, presenting solutions and options before issues escalate.
- Engage actively with country teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams to adapt the programme approach based on their input.
- Track and report on programme benefits, budgets, risks and progress, ensuring transparency to executive management.
- Champion change management practices to support adoption of new structures, processes and ways of working across countries.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large, complex programmes across multiple countries and business units
- Hands-on experience managing M&A-related programmes including carve-outs, integrations and post-merger harmonisation
- Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies alongside traditional programme governance
- Programme or project management certification such as MSP, PMP or PRINCE2
