Microsoft Project Manager
Job Overview:
Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects and application lifecycles for a major energy transmission operator, ensuring alignment with business priorities, Agile practices, and Microsoft-based technical solutions."
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects and application teams through initiation, planning, scope, budget, timeline, risk and issue tracking, and documentation.
- Serve as Scrum Master within an Agile team and actively participate in all scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize sprint content.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream IT teams to align schedules and system integrations.
- Challenge and validate business requirements before approval.
- Translate approved specifications into technical functional design documents based on Microsoft technologies.
- Lead internal and external development teams in collaboration with technical leads.
- Define and oversee testing and quality assurance strategies during rollout.
- Monitor production releases and drive second-line incident management and support.
- Organize and prioritize ongoing maintenance and support tasks for deployed solutions.

Qualifications
