Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initial feasibility and RFI/RFP drafting through production deployment and post-go-live maintenance, including stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, contract oversight, and knowledge transfer.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate initial project phases including studies and RFI/RFP drafting; identify stakeholders; and define project plans covering scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, and governance.
- Secure and allocate resources, and lead the project team in cooperation with resource managers to achieve shared objectives.
- Manage operational supplier contracts with team managers to ensure proper service delivery and contractual compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; manage changes by analyzing impacts and implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate with stakeholders; assign and monitor team tasks; and ensure human and technical requirements are met using established methods, processes, and tools.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through production deployment following PMLC and SDLC; facilitate knowledge transfer to operations and manage post-go-live maintenance for business continuity.

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management experience
- Experience managing IT projects
- Experience in the energy sector
- At least 10 years of experience in the IT sector
- Experience with ERP implementation projects
- Experience with project budget management
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Prince2 certification
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with ITIL framework
- Experience using Jira
