Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through closure
- Define project structure and develop approach plans, including scenarios, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to report progress and issues
- Establish and maintain detailed project schedules; track timelines, scope, budget, and quality
- Coordinate, motivate, and support team members throughout the project
- Prioritize tasks and coordinate contributions of all parties involved
