Scrum Master
Job Overview:
Responsible for guiding and coaching two feature teams in a scaled Agile environment, fostering Agile practices, and supporting digital product delivery for gas flow management operations."
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide multiple teams in implementing scaled Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies to enhance product delivery and visibility across teams
- Mentor and coach team members and new Scrum Masters in Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement to foster autonomy and performance
- Lead organizational change by transitioning from component-based structures to cross-functional feature teams, removing systemic impediments to agility
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain transparent and well-prioritized backlogs that support efficient feature development
- Drive improvements in Agile tools and metrics while facilitating cross-team alignment, knowledge sharing, and dependency management
- Support team well-being and talent growth by fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and mutual respect, and assisting in identifying skill gaps and career progression

Qualifications
