Provide expert agile coaching to support the transition to a product-centric operating model, bridging agile processes and engineering culture to enhance team collaboration and delivery of software solutions."
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and frameworks
- Lead teams in aligning product decisions with strategic business objectives to maximize value, including prioritization strategies
- Promote and facilitate cross-team learning to break down silos
- Guide teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and DevOps culture
- Improve response time for delivering reliable solutions to concrete business needs
- Assist in implementing and tracking technical health metrics to drive continuous improvement
