Technical Analyst
Job Overview
Support a flagship enterprise messaging project by performing functional analysis, tracking development and migration processes, and executing comprehensive testing for new application delivery, notification improvements, and lifecycle management features."
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed functional requirement analysis for upcoming system enhancements
- Monitor and coordinate development activities to ensure alignment with specifications
- Oversee and validate data and system migrations
- Design and execute tests for new features, including test plan documentation and result tracking
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to deliver added value and achieve autonomy quickly

- Complex IT environment architecture
