Our client is looking for an IT Security/Compliancy & Infra Project Manager.
Context
Our client is an engineering and project management company specializing in rail engineering and large infrastructure projects.
Our client performs feasibility studies, draws up technical plans and follows up construction works. This work is done through many modern and interconnected IT applications and systems.
Azure, M365, SAP and Mendix are key platforms that our client relies on to achieve its strategic goals.
To accelerate the execution of our ambitions, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager who can manage (cyber) security and IT infrastructure projects.
Tasks
- Define the short-term and long-term roadmap with the CISO
- Define the (cyber) security strategy with the CISO and implement it
- Identify projects together with the infrastructure team, and follow them up in project mode
- Implement and monitor (cyber) security and GDPR projects, including:
- ISMS project
- Security Policies project
- Zero-Trust & Identity & Access Management project
- DRP exercises
- Role Based Access & Threat Based Access & Conditional Based Access initiatives
- Daily monitoring of GDPR initiative/program
- Management reporting on the various projects
- Communication to stakeholders & management
- Management of the program budget
- Management of conflicts, queries and issues related to the program(s)
- Management of project scopes & changes (baselining)
- Change Management towards all stakeholders
Required Business - Functional - Technical skills (10 to 15 years)
- Very good knowledge of project & program methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2)
- You have worked a minimum of 5 years as PM on IT infrastructure projects (virtualization, servers, storage, datacenter)
- Very good knowledge of SCRUM & SAFE
- Excellent knowledge of GDPR
- Knowledge of Multi-Factor, Role Based Access, Threat & Conditional Based Access
- Experience with and knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27701)
- Very good knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Project Online and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Good knowledge and experience with intrusion detection software
