Position Overview
DigiTribe is looking for a Security Engineer who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Security Engineer you will join an environment where collaboration, expertise, and continuous improvement drive our mission. You will play a key role in securing our clients' systems, data, and users while working closely with IT and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- As a trusted partner to the CISO, review and challenge the security posture.
- Design and maintain robust security solutions (SIEM, monitoring, hardening, threat intelligence, incident management...).
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities with product teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, code reviews, and continuous security testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to security practice improvements.
- Raise cybersecurity awareness across internal teams.
- Monitor emerging threats and propose proactive mitigation measures.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proven experience as a hands-on Security Engineer
- Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices
- Expertise in diverse areas of security such as application security, cloud security, network security, endpoint security, or IAM.
- Hands‑on experience with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, EDR, SentinelOne, Splunk, Microsoft Defender ...).
- Certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP ...) are a plus.
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
