We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in banking, financial markets, regulatory reporting, and crypto trading to support strategic initiatives around trading, investing, and savings solutions.
Your Mission
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product Owners, IT teams, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Security stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes, assess impacts, and drive improvements.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of new solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Your Profile
✔ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
✔ Strong knowledge of financial markets, crypto, and regulatory environments
✔ Experience with MiCAR, MiFID, EMIR, Transaction Reporting, and AML
✔ Skilled in business analysis, functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
