- Flexibility market expertise: With deep knowledge of Flexhub, ancillary services, and MIG6/MIG Flex processes, they've played a key role in strategic initiatives like Flexhub 2.0 and the industrialisation of new flexibility market processes. They excel at translating complex market needs into clear business and functional designs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement:
- Experienced in facilitating workshops, guiding T/DSOs and flexibility suppliers, and coordinating integration efforts in federal market contexts.
- Certified in Scrum product owner, ITIL foundation, and Prince2 foundation.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the development and optimisation of MIG Flex processes and documentation
- Translating flexibility market requirements into actionable business and functional designs
- Leading workshops with T/DSOs, flexibility suppliers, and regulators to validate solutions
- Assisting with testing, change documentation, and quality assurance
- Ensuring alignment with related market domains such as Structure, Measure, and Settle
