We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation program within a leading company in the retail sector. The initiative focuses on customer loyalty, customer experience, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Your Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business and IT teams, helping shape and deliver strategic initiatives that impact millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
- Map and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels.
- Support the migration from legacy solutions to modern architectures.
- Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data-related business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and Development Teams.
- Conduct impact assessments and support change management activities.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in BPMN and business process modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in retail, loyalty programs, CRM, customer experience, or digital transformation is highly desirable.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, KPI definition, and business insights.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing concepts is a strong asset.
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
