Senior Field Engineer - The perfect job
- Resolve escalated technical issues using cloud-based monitoring tools, diagnosing and fixing problems independently.
- Monitor and support installations at customer sites (hotels, hospitals, campsites, etc.) across Belgium.
- Configure switches before installations and collaborate with on-site technicians, providing remote support as needed.
- Work with Level 2 and 3 teams to integrate new models, optimize solutions, and stay updated on hardware advancements
Senior Field Engineer - The perfect match
- Higher education or university degree in IT or telecom.
- At least 3 years of experience in this field.
- Knowledge of network and telecom environments (fiber optics, switching, routing, VLAN, etc.) and WiFi(access points, controllers, authentication, captive portal, etc.).
- Meticulous, eager to learn, good interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
