For our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow developer who will
- Support and guide the team through the different processes
- Monitor the instances
- Execute maintenance/run tasks (small changes, License management, ...)
- Apply ITIL framework : Incident management, Problem Management, Asset Management and Change Management
- Prepare and follow-up releases (runbook preparation and validation, presentation Change board)
- Optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and automate repetitive tasks
- Understand report creation, dashboard management
- Implement the processes in Service Now
- Design and create feeding interfaces to integrate data on ServiceNow
- Setup API integration
- Analyse and create automated exports from Service Now to answer business' needs
- Analyse and configurate Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now
- Design workflow in Service Now
- Migrate existing tools to Service Now
