Business Analyst - documentation & functional structuring
Mission overview
We are seeking a proactive and structured Business Analyst to take ownership of the documentation process for an existing platform. The primary objective is to gather, structure, and complete the documentation of all existing functionalities, ensuring clarity and accessibility for internal teams.
You will be responsible for

Capturing and organizing already documented functionalities.

Identifying and addressing undocumented areas.

Driving all activities needed to fill documentation gaps (Capture → Structure/Document → Share/Inform/Brief).

Supporting knowledge transfer and alignment across relevant stakeholders.

Experience

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial sector or payment industry.

Experience in platform transformation or modernization programs is a strong advantage.

Familiar with Scrum methodologies and project management principles.

Exposure to product management is a plus.
