As the AI Adoption Coach, you lead the human side of AI transformation by fostering an AI-first culture and maximizing the value of the Google Gemini ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you drive AI adoption, strengthen AI literacy, and ensure AI delivers measurable business value.
Description
- Build and animate the AI Champion network through learning paths, onboarding, awareness initiatives, and community engagement.
- Drive AI adoption by curating use cases, prompts, and best practices while translating business needs into scalable AI and data solutions.
- Own the data product lifecycle by defining priorities, managing backlogs, coordinating delivery, and ensuring successful product releases.
- Collaborate with business, HR, Data, IT, Legal, InfoSec, and international teams to promote governance, Data Mesh principles, and responsible AI.
- Track AI adoption, KPIs, license usage, and technology trends to continuously improve AI capabilities across the organization.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
- Experience as an AI Coach, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Data Manager, with solid knowledge of AI transformation, governance, Agile methodologies, and data products.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.
- Familiarity with AI literacy programs, SQL, BI tools, and customer-centric environments such as retail is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, customer-focused, and able to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment.
