ERP support (Microsoft dynamics Business Central)
Location: Brussels/Antwerp (remote possible up to 2 days/week after onboarding)

About the role
We are currently looking for a Junior ERP Business Partner Analyst to strengthen our ERP team. This is not a project management role, but a hands-on Functional Analyst position, focused on supporting end-users and improving system usage within a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central environment.
The analysis phase of the ERP implementation has already been completed. The role now focuses on post-implementation support, functional enhancements, and user interaction, especially within Finance & Accounting domains.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily support to end-users (mainly Finance & Accounting teams)
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, understanding financial needs and translating them into system solutions
- Manage and follow up on tickets within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Perform functional modifications and improvements based on user feedback
- Ensure smooth system adoption and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with ERP team members and external partners
- Contribute to future ERP roadmap projects
Profile
- Junior to Medior profile with strong motivation to grow in ERP environments
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
- Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (mandatory)
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on and proactive attitude
- Comfortable interacting with business users and providing support
- Trilingual (FR/NL/EN) is a strong asset due to project scope in Flanders
- Willing to commit long-term (minimum 3-5 years)
