We are looking for a PMO / IT Governance Advisor to join a transversal IT organization involved in multiple large-scale transformation initiatives.
This role sits at the crossroads of project governance, coordination, and communication, supporting IT leadership and helping structure, promote, and drive key IT initiatives.
You will play a central role in ensuring visibility, alignment, and engagement around IT programs, while supporting change management in a complex and evolving environment.
Key responsibilities

Support PMO and IT governance activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams

Coordinate and structure project reporting, communication plans, and key messages

Promote IT initiatives, progress, and transformations towards internal stakeholders

Work closely with IT, architecture, and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity

Contribute to change management, engagement initiatives, and internal communication actions

Prepare presentations, summaries, and updates for management and key stakeholders
Profile

Experience in PMO, IT governance, project coordination, or similar roles

Strong interest in communication, coordination, and stakeholder management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, dynamic, and well-organized mindset

Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments

Fluent in french and english (mandatory)
