We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS within a retail environment.
This is a strategic transformation role requiring a hands-on leader who can drive delivery, align business and IT stakeholders, manage change, and ensure a successful go-live. Beyond project management, you will help shape warehouse processes, support business teams, and create confidence throughout the program.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full Manhattan Active WMS implementation (design, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare)
- Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks and governance
- Coordinate Business, IT, Operations, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, Training and Change Management
- Drive stakeholder engagement and business readiness
- Facilitate process design workshops and support warehouse process transformation
- Coach project teams and foster collaboration across all stakeholders
- Ensure successful deployment and smooth transition to operations
Your profile
- 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- Proven experience delivering WMS implementation projects, ideally Manhattan Active WMS
- Strong background in retail, warehousing or supply chain operations
- French Fluent and nice English Mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented with strong communication abilities
