This role offers 2 days on-site per week, giving you flexibility while staying connected to the team.
What You'll Do

Collaborate on application evolution projects in partnership with analysts.

Maintain and improve existing RPG applications.

Translate functional specifications into technical solutions while respecting existing systems.

Follow standardized development methodologies to ensure accuracy and clarity in all business requirements.

Analyze and review change requests.

Perform periodic IT tasks as required.

Work closely with a skilled development team.

Apply your knowledge of high-quality development practices to deliver reliable solutions.
What We're Looking For

Several years of proven experience in a similar role.

Strong expertise in RPG development (RPG IV, RPG ILE, RPG ILE Free Format).

Solid knowledge of SQL and DB2.

Familiarity with IBM Power Systems (iSeries) is a plus.

Knowledge of CL programming is an asset.

Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.

Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what matters most.

Fluent in French or Dutch, with the ability to understand the other; English proficiency is a plus.
