Talencia is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of financial application projects within a dynamic IT environment.
This role combines project management (approx. 60%) with process analysis and documentation (approx. 40%), requiring a pragmatic and hands-on professional.

Key responsibilities
Project management:
- Lead and coordinate application implementation projects
- Manage scope, risks, budget, and planning
- Collaborate closely with supplier-side Project Managers
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Provide clear and concise status reporting
Process & documentation:
- Support the documentation and improvement of:
- Business processes
- IT service processes
- Security and compliance practices
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects
- Contribute to increasing documentation maturity post-audit
Environment:
- Financial systems (ERP or similar)
- Technologies may include:
- SAP
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Adfinity
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Your profile
Must-have:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management
- Native Dutch speaker with good English
- Experience in financial systems or accounting-related projects
- Strong understanding of IT project delivery
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms
- Background in Business Analysis or Functional Analysis
- Experience in system implementation or migration projects
Soft skills:
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented

- Comfortable with light governance structures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in process improvement and documentatio
