Talencia is currently looking for 2 Support Engineer first line for one of my clients
Location : Brussels
Duration: 2 months ++ for the FR/Ang & more than 6 month for the FR/NL
Start date: MI-november or ASAP
Together with the other colleagues, ensure the Helpdesk is run smoothly: telephone reception, support for local or remote users, Hardware and software problems, guidance on the use of computer platforms, development of the ticketing system, GPO, Antivirus, DNS, data backups, software deployment, etc.
To be the point of contact vis-à-vis the Staff for all IT issues.
- If you only have a bachelor's degree in ICT, my clients is interested.
- Minimum 1-2-year(s) experience in similar situation.
- You speak French and you have good knowledge in English.
- Dutch is a plus and mandatory for one of the two position.
- Ability to learn new ideas and concepts and respond flexibly to challenges.
