On the back of a strong national growth we are currently recruiting a Senior System Engineer ready for a next step in his career.
The position
- Operations Point of contact for Corporate Partners
- Management of team mixing support and system engineers
- Advisory role to partners for any change or improvement in their Infrastructure of offered services
- Regular presentation and reporting of negotiated KPIs and quality of services
- Create added value through customer intimacy and strong relationships building
- Proactive input on processes and services optimalisation
The profile
- At least 10 years experience in a System engineering role
- Good technical knowledge in system engineering around MS Stack (MS365, Azure, Scripting,etc)
- Awareness of services processes/methodologies (ITIL, etc)
- Excellent communications skills
- Customer minded and facing experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
