Technical experts & energy management (tem) - a sub-division of GIS - focuses on:

Strategic technical choices

Feasibility studies

Market consultations

Contract & project management

Training and knowledge sharing
This applies to systems such as:

High/low-voltage equipment
-
Emergency power generators
-
Rectifiers, batteries, UPS
-
Lighting and general electricity
-
Elevators, cooling, heating
-
Fire detection systems
Key responsibilities
-
Define technical requirements with internal clients
-
Design cost-effective, standard-based solutions
-
Identify ideal installation locations
-
Request & evaluate supplier quotes
-
Ensure compliance with environmental/legal regulations
-
Place and monitor orders
-
Coordinate all involved stakeholders
-
Communicate clearly across teams
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent
-
Solid knowledge of electricity and HVAC
-
Fluent in Dutch, good command of a second national language

Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)

Strong in project management, planning, and budgeting
-
Analytical, structured, and solution-driven
-
Motivated, eager to learn, and collaborative

Able to work independently and efficiently prioritize

Holds a valid Driver's License B
