We're looking for an experienced Software Solution Specialist / IT Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value IT initiatives within a dynamic, international environment.

As a key technical expert, you will drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of software solutions across corporate business domains.
Your role includes:
🔹 Fit-gap analyses to assess configuration vs. custom development
🔹 Translating user stories → functional & technical requirements
🔹 Leading software integration across systems & platforms
🔹 Coordinating with vendors, architects, and development teams
🔹 Contributing to solution architecture & product roadmap
🔹 Ensuring compliance with IT security & technology standards
🔹 Supporting testing for domain-specific features when needed
🎯 What You Bring
Education & Languages
- Bachelor's/Master's in Applied IT (electricity specialization = strong plus)
- Fluent French or Dutch, with excellent English
Experience
- Several years as an IT Project Manager (RFI/RFP processes, product selection, implementation oversight)
- Strong experience with standard market software products
- Ability to collaborate with architects & developers
- Proven expertise with Prince2, Agile methodologies
- Skilled in writing functional designs and specifications
