Senior Business Test Engineer (Chatbot & Digital Channels)
Freelance: March 2026 - December 2026
Location: Brussels (1000) - On-site presence required.
Must reside in Belgium and hold the right to work in Belgium
Professional fluency in English, Dutch, AND French is mandatory.
We are looking for an experienced Business Test Engineer to join a digital delivery team in Brussels, specifically focusing on Chatbot and conversational UI quality assurance.
This is a freelance project (March 2026 - December 2026) requiring a specialist who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution in a multilingual environment
Roles & responsibilities
- Design and execute manual end-to-end and regression test cases
- Validate business requirements, user journeys, and integrations
- Perform detailed multilingual validation (Dutch/French/English)
- Identify, document, and follow up on defects
- Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, developers, and designers in an agile setup
Requirements & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Manual or Business Tester
- Strong test design and analytical skills
- Experience in complex digital environments (banking is a plus)
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven
