Our client is looking for a Tribe Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis. Please be aware for this role the successful candidate must speak English and French/Dutch.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Be an ambassador of agile methods within the company
- schedule and follow the key steps of the Agile methodology
- guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Cluster face any obstacles
- set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies and other meetings at Cluster Level
- provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
- remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
Required skills
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools.
- Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology
