SAP support Consultant - freelance
For a customer in the airspace sector, we are looking for an SAP Support Consultant to reinforce an existing SAP support team on a 12-month freelance assignment.
The project involves participating in SAP rollouts and preparation of the support for these rollouts. If interested, please apply with your CV attached!
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line SAP end-user support, mainly for SAP IBP
- Analyse and resolve SAP-related incidents and user issues
- Update user documentation and deliver end-user training
- Support SAP project rollouts and prepare the support model
- Collaborate with SAP project teams and business stakeholders
- Occasional involvement in EWM-related activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of SAP experience in support or functional roles
- End-user support experience required
- Knowledge of SAP IBP, SD, MM, EWM or WM is a plus
