- Design and setup digital voice solution
- Provide L3 support on a voice solution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process and service catalog development process around voice solution
- You have at least 5 years experience in designing and implementing digital voice solution
- Cloud and innovation are parts of your DNA
- You hold a bachelor in IT
- You are fluent in French and English
- You hold the following skills:
- Microsoft Teams and Skype Voice
- Digital call center solution and ideally Anywhere365
- SBC products and ideally Audiocodes products
- Windows Servers and desktop technologies
- Directory technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, AD connect)
- Automation language and methodologies: PowerShell
- Network and security (TCP/IP, DNS, IPsec, Certificate, IAM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF...)
- Mastering all Microsoft Teams feature as well as Exchange and SharePoint would be a plus
