What you'll do
- Support & Troubleshooting: Solve complex IT issues, manage incidents, and guide junior engineers
- System & Server Management: Maintain and optimize Windows Servers, workstations, and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure)
- Modern Workplace: Deploy and maintain user devices with tools like Autopilot, SCCM, and Intune
- Security & Backup: Handle patching, Antivirus (Zscaler, Crowdstrike), and backup tools (VEEAM, Azure Backup)
- Projects & Implementation: Lead infrastructure and rollout projects from A to Z, with autonomy and ownership
Your next step challenge
- Define and track SLA/KPIs, oversee problem and change management, and lead major incident response
- Take charge of vulnerability management, OS life-cycle planning, and modern workplace optimization
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure service quality
- Be involved in people management and foster team growth
- Work in line with ITIL best practices to drive service improvements
Your skills
- Solid experience with Windows, Office 365, VMware/Hyper-V, and backup/security tools
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of ITIL, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with French
